Shipping Costs
International shipping costs are not calculated during the normal check out process. In order to obtain a shipping quote, please email us at International@dealmed.com. You may also call our toll free number or contact or live chat support team. All quotes will be generated within one business day of request.
Prices
All prices on our website, catalog(s), marketing material etc. are expressed in US dollars. If you need assistance determining the current exchange rate, or volume for volume discount information please contact the International Sales at International@dealmed.com.
Payment Information
Due to the unprecedented amount of current credit card internet fraud, all international orders paid via credit card or any other method will be verified by confirming the authenticity by contacting the issuing bank or financial intuitions.
International orders are will not ship until payment is verified as authentic.
Any payment or order that is deemed suspicious by our team will be automatically canceled and reported to the appropriate authorities.
For international orders that require immediate shipment, the only form of acceptable immediate payment is via wire transfer. Please contact our international sales team form ore details.
Duties and Taxes
All duties, taxes and other charges that occur in the country of final destination are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Restrictions
Due to federal and local regulations, the sale of certain products are not permissible, included but not limited to, hazardous materials, Rx items, items with obligatory contract agreements, etc. Orders for international destinations are subject to review by the international sales team and will be processed in compliance with all federal and state export regulations.
Force Majeure
Dealmed, Inc and its affiliates shall not be liable for shipment delays that are causes beyond our control. Including but not limited to any act of nature, such as a war, strike, riot, crime, acts of god, acts of the customer, acts of customs, acts of government , labor disturbances, embargos, or acts of terrorism.
