Huntleigh’s Sonicaid FD2 Fetal Doppler is a top-quality hand held rate display Doppler. High sensitivity interchangeable probes allow maximum flexibility for different applications. The included 3MHz probe is designed for general obstetrical use. Available compatible probes include a 3Mhz probe intended for monitoring fetal heart rate in early pregnancy, and five various other probes for vascular applications. The innovative high sensitivity probes provide automatic noise reduction, lifelike fetal heart sounds and unrivaled sensitivity. High sensitivity probes are extremely helpful in listening to fetal heart rates in early gestations or in obese patients.
The fetal heart rate is displayed in real time on the pocket fetal doppler screen. When the Sonicaid FD2 Fetal Doppler is connected to the portable Dopplex Printa, it can also print a hard copy of the fetal heart rate (FHR) trace. Three fetal heart rate processing modes allow the most accurate performance in any signal conditions. It’s simple to attach the interchangeable probes the probe connector. All probes are also easy to clean to help prevent cross contamination.
