The Adscope 657 Electronic Stethoscope brings you exceptional sensitivity and versatility for cardiology and high-performance auscultation.
The Adscope 657 Electronic Stethoscope provides up to 16 times more amplification, or an additional 24 db, than traditional acoustic scopes. A patented piezopolymer film contact microphone picks up a wider range of frequencies than the acoustic microphones used in other electronic stethoscopes. In addition, the contact microphone will only transmit sounds from the surface touching the chestpiece, which reduces distracting background noise. Three frequency modes are available for the ultimate auscultation versatility: bell (15-200Hz), diaphragm (100-500Hz), and extended range (15-1000Hz).
Carefully designed features enhance the Adscope 657 Electronic Stethoscope. The 8 level volume control allows you to find the ideal volume setting for each situation. The scope automatically starts at the last used volume and mode setting. The included AAA battery provides 180 hours of use. Battery life is optimized with an auto-shut off after 3 minutes of inactivity. An LED signal will warn you when it is almost time to replace the battery.
With all these advanced capabilities the Adscope 657 Electronic Stethoscope is still comfortable to wear and convenient to transport. The 15° binaurals provide an ergonomic fit. ULTRA ADSOFT™ PVC eartips ensure the most comfortable fit and an excellent acoustic seal. The lightweight Adscope 657 Electronic Stethoscope weighs less than 6 ounces, and has a convenient 28” length.
