State-of-the-art Manometer
The heart of the new system is our revolutionary gearless manometer. Unlike traditional aneroids, the DuraShock movement is absent the very gears, springs and pinions that wear out. Which is why the DuraShock is the FIRST and ONLY mechanical aneroid to meet AAMI SP9 specifications for shock resistance. To make it even more robust, the gauge housing is molded from high impact ABS, then sheathed in a remove-able rubberized bumper. We even offer the bumper in a choice of 6 colors to help personalize your DuraShock.
A Revolutionary New Cuff
If the DuraShock gauge is the brains of the system, the new FlexiportTM cuff is its soul. The bladderless, latex free cuff incorporates a revolutionary port that allows leak free connection to the DuraShock gauge. The unique port mount even allows the gauge to be rotated for proper orientation and easy reading regardless of which arm is used.The 70 denier, urethane coated nylon cuff is RF welded for incredible strength and durability. The hook and loop adhesive is SO strong, we guarantee it for an unprecedented 100,000 cycles. The unique marking system facilitates proper positioning and reduces the risk of mis-cuffing. Available in 4 clinical sizes, color coded by size for rapid identification - Child 9, Small Adult 10, Adult 11, and Large Adult 12.

We offer three basic models in over 20 model options. Our basic model features the DuraShock in traditional zipper case. Adult size available with choice of 6 bumper colors or assortment pack including our four most popular bumpers. Other sizes in black only. The Pro’s combo includes the adult DuraShock with color coordinated Sprague scope in matching deluxe nylon case. And the Multikuf™ DuraShock features 4 integrated cuffs, DuraShock gauge, and bumper assortment pack all contained in a deluxe, multi-pocketed carry case.
Comprehensive Warranties
DuraShock aneroid instruments are covered by a double warranty - 3 years on all inflation system components and 5 years on calibration.
