GE brings you the highest quality fetal monitoring with the Corometrics 171 External Fetal Monitor. This non-invasive monitor will enable you to perform cost-effective non-stress testing (NST) with ease. Its space-efficient size is combined with a stylish design for an attractive, as well as functional, monitor that is suited for private practices, clinics, and hospitals. Superior antepartum care requires dependable and accurate monitoring, and you can rely on the Corometrics 171 External Fetal Monitor for the best results. The proprietary 9-crystal pulsed Doppler ultrasound detects the fetal heart rate easily with a wide beam profile. If the heart rate is above or below the limits you specify, an alarm will notify you. A fetal acoustic stimulator allows you to “wake up” a resting fetus for an effective non-stress test. Optional fetal movement detection can automatically record movements, or the mom can indicate when she feels fetal movement using the remote event marker interface.
The large, clear LCD screen allows easy visibility of fetal heart rate and uterine contractions. Patients and practitioners will both appreciate the button-less design of the Nautilus Toco transducer. Moms will be more comfortable without a button protruding into their bellies, and health care providers will find that the smooth transducer is easier to clean. The telemetry interface allows patients freedom of movement during continuous monitoring, since the monitor can transmit signal to the base unit without cords.
