ADC’s convenient 2.5 v Complete Diagnostic Instrument Set offers vital diagnostic supplies packaged in a sturdy carrying case. The set includes a "C" cell powered handle, otoscope, ophthalmoscope, bent arm illuminator, two mirror attachments and a tongue depressor attachment. Instrument heads lock firmly into place with bayonet locking mounts. The chrome-plated handle has a knurled satin finish and features a rheostatic on/off switch. The premium zippered case includes a foam insert designed to protect instruments and accessories. The foam insert is also scratch resistant and easy to clean. The set weighs 23 ½ ounces. One year warranty. Batteries not included.
The complete instrument set features: Otoscope
- Chrome-plated Otoscope head with removable 4x magnifying lens and insufflator fitting
- Can be used with a Welch Allyn or other compatible disposable specula via an adapter
- Nasal speculum adapter with manual screw opening for instrumentation connects to the otoscope head
- Auto-clavable, polypropylene ear specula in 2.5mm, 3.5mm, and 4.5mm sizes
- Welch Allyn disposable polypropylene ear specula in 2.75mm and 4.25mm sizes are convenient, safe, and economical

- Ophthalmoscope head with lens wheel featuring 24 corrective lenses from –25 to +40 diopters
Bent Arm Illuminator
- Chrome-plated bent arm larynx and nasopharynx illuminator lights the oral cavity and pharyngeal area
- Two mirrors (one 3.0mm and one 4.0mm) with integral tongue depressor holder that can be attached to the illuminator
- One tongue depressor attachment for the illuminator
- One disposable tongue depressor adapter for the illuminator
