With the Philips pads adapter, HeartStart Adult AED Defibrillator Pads can be compatible with defibrillators from other manufacturers. The adapter allows ALS professionals to connect the pads to their manual defibrillator instead of having to waste time setting up different electrode pads. The removable Philips 05-10000 adapter enables HeartStart Adult AED Defibrillator Pads to be connected to other defibrillators whether they are manual or automated, biphasic or monophasic. adapters are not compatible with FR2 Infant/Child Reduced-Energy Defibrillator Pads. This adapter is designed to be used with the LifePak 9, 10C, 11, 12, 20 or 500 defibrillators from Medtronic Physio-Control.
